Jose Leiva- age 66, Was the loving husband of Madelym; beloved father of Lance, Joseph, Lisa, and Richard; grandfather of Elizabeth and Michaela; dear son of Carmen Leyva; also survived by brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces. Memorial service will be on Friday from 6-9 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home,1640 Green Meadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.)Streamwood-Schaumburg.
