Anne C. Dybis

Anne C. Dybis, nee Zielinski, age 92, died on November 15, 2009 at Nazareth Health & Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton, Wisc.

Anne was born on August 20, 1917 in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Joseph & Mary (Sojek) Zielinski, and was united in marriage to John J. Dybis on November 20, 1937. Anne was a loving homemaker, first for her husband and her only child, then for her two bachelor brothers.

In 1990 Anne joined her son's family in Dunn Twp. where she became an active member of the Oregon Senior Center's C.L.U.B. group. In 2005 failing health caused a final move to Nazareth House where she received loving care from the first floor staff.

Anne is survived by her grandsons John E. of Chicago, Ill. and Mark R. (Karen) of Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich.; great-grandchildren Peter and Robin; brother Stanley Zielinski of Covington, Ga.; sister-in-law Helen Zielinski of Niles, Il.; daughter-in-law Patricia of McFarland, Wisc.; and many nieces and nephews.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents; husband John J.; son John W.; sisters Angeline Ciszek & Frances Pasowitz; brothers Walter and Joseph Zielinski, in-laws Marian & Frank Dybis; Lillian & Casimir Dybis; Antoinette & Walter Hudek; Phyllis & Stanley Dybis; Peter Ciszek; Stanley Pasowitz; and Virginia Zielinski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 24, at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Cantius Church, 825 N. Carpenter, in Chicago with burial taking place in St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles, Il.

The family wishes to thank all of the staff at Nazareth for their loving care and support; roommate Marie, and Msgr. Healy for his many visits and prayers.
