We worked for Frank for many years on keeping this property taxes in check. He was a great guy to work for and client who was always grateful and pleasant. I had no idea he was also an artist. He will be missed by our entire staff at Andrea A. Raila & Associates.

Frank Steponate was a good friend of mine. He was my next door neighbor on Sheridan beach. I worked @ his gallery last year and I never meet such a caring person.
Frank was a very talented artist, and his passing was a total shock to me.
I was privlaged to have known Frank, he will be missed.
I'm sure Frank is painting the Heavens with his talent.

I too was privileged to know Frank. He was a treasured friend and his passing was very sad. His delight for the 'gallery' and his extemporaneous proclivities will genuinely be missed!!
I was a client of this wise and crafty SOB. Later in time we had a slight friendship and working relationship. Frank took on what turned out to be a 5 year project for me. He never got tired. Was always calm and had a air about him that said "got it under control".
I find myself some 18 years later needing his smooth ways and find him gone. Don't you just hate the internet for all of it's information.
Damn Frank
I know you didn't leave us on your one decision but shit buddy. what do i do now... for without your smooth laid back attitude i wont stand a chance of winning. Frank i will miss you as a passing friend, a memorable character, a fellow man and my counsel.
RIP Buddy!
guess i will never get that picture you were painting in your digs on Sedgwick after all...you are missed bud!

Ps interesting to see notes of his art work listed. would have been nice to see photos of same. frank was a character!!
I knew Frank for many many years. A kind man, loved his job, and most of all his daughter's. I am sure he will be missed by many but especially the girls and his grandchildren. One of his favorite past times of course was his art. I am thankful I have a few pieces.
He created a life he enjoyed.
He will be missed, but may we have hope in the future of all seeing him again. Rest in peace Frank.
I knew Frank for over fifteen years and would speak with him each morning as the sun rose over the city. Each day was brightened by his humor and warmth. I am a better attorney and man because of him. I miss you partner.
I worked for Frank as a Law Clerk many years ago, but he always recognized me and would say Hello. He was a kind and decent lawyer, which is especially rare these days. I was shocked to read of his passing.
