Lambertus M. "Ozzy" Hendericks, age 41, passed away October 28, 2007. Survived by Carolyn Krzywonos, father of Lambertus, Jason, Kristie, and Samantha, grandfather of Makala, son of Lambertus (Peggy) Hendericks and Diane (Cecil) Jones, brother of Russell (Lynn) Hendericks, Anna Marie (Joseph) Tiller, Shellie Milligan and the late Sabrina Hendericks. Visitation Friday, November 2, from 3 to 9 PM at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Avenue. Funeral Saturday 8:30 AM from the funeral home to St. Pascal Church, Mass 10 AM.
